Congratulations to wonderful David McConnell for winning the ALA's Stonewall Book Award's nonfiction prize for American Honor Killings: Desire and Rage Among Men [Kindle] shared with Lori Duron's Raising My Rainbow: Adventures in Raising a Fabulous, Gender Creative Son. Hilary Sloin won the Stonewall Book Award in fiction for Art on Fire [Kindle], a mock-biography of a "pseudorealist" painter.
