"Does This Baby Make Me Look Straight?" To Be Series on ABC

Dan Bucatinsky is adapting and will co-executive produce his memoir of gay parenting Does This Baby Make Me Look Straight? [Kindle] for an ABC series "described as a fast-paced hour-long dramedy about the lives, loves, and scandalous secrets of a group of parents whose kids attend the same school." Obviously, it will be renamed and for now it's called Show & Tell. It's a production of Shonda Rimes' Shondaland, which also produces Grey's Anatomy, on which Bucatinsky is a writer, and Scandal, on which he plays a beleaguered gay husband. For that role he is nominated for an Emmy at what will be the gayest awards show of the year: NPH is hosting, Behind the Candelabra has fifteen nominations with a guaranteed win for Michael Douglas, and Elton John just announced he will perform a tribute to Liberace. Bucatinsky is married to writer/director Don Roos and they are raising two children.
